Before your first shift: set up your passkey
Your manager will send you a link. Open it on your own phone with your manager there, tap "Enroll passkey", and confirm with Face ID, your fingerprint, or your passcode. You don't need a password or an app.
1. Scan the tag
Open your phone's camera, point it at the sign at your site, and tap the link that pops up. If you see "No passkey yet? See a manager to enroll.", do the setup step above first.
2. Let it find your location
If it asks to use your location, tap Allow. You may see "Finding your location…" for a few seconds. If your manager turned off location for you, you won't be asked.
3. Confirm with your passkey
Tap the button and confirm with your face, fingerprint, or passcode. Once you see the confirmation screen, you're clocked in or out.
Going to lunch?
Before you tap, check "🍽 Heading out for lunch". The screen will say "On Lunch Break". If you forget, you'll be asked about it the next time you clock in.
If it says your phone is blocking location (iPhone)
- Go to Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Location Services, then Safari Websites (or Chrome).
- Set it to While Using and turn on Precise Location.
- In Safari, also tap aA, then Website Settings, then Location, and set it to Allow.
- Go back to the page and tap Try again.
If you have no signal
Step closer to a window or door, then tap Try again. If your sign lists Wi-Fi, join it and try again. Still stuck? Tell your supervisor the time you punched so they can add it.
Want to see your hours?
Tap "See my hours" and sign in with your passkey. Your hours are rounded to the nearest 15 minutes, and your exact punch times show too.
